Credit system

DeployGPU uses a prepaid credit model. You load credits into your account and they’re consumed as you use GPU instances and volumes. All prices are in USD. There are no contracts or minimum commitments.

How charges work

GPU deployments

  • You’re charged for the first hour upfront when you deploy.
  • After that, billing continues hourly.
  • If your balance is insufficient to cover the next hour, the deployment is automatically stopped.

Volumes

  • Volumes are billed hourly based on size, plus the 10% platform fee.
  • Billing starts at creation and continues until the volume is deleted — whether or not it’s attached to an instance.
  • If your balance runs out, active volumes may be automatically removed.
Both deployments and volumes are affected when you run out of credits. Set up auto top-up to avoid unexpected interruptions.

Low balance warnings

When your active resources would exhaust your remaining balance soon, you’ll receive a low-balance warning email so you can add credits before anything is interrupted.

Payment methods

Adding credits

Go to Billing in the sidebar. You can:
  1. Click a quick amount button (10,10, 25, 50,50, 100, 250,250, 500)
  2. Enter a custom amount
Pay with a new card via Stripe checkout, or charge a saved card instantly.

Saved cards

Under Payment Methods, you can:
  • View all saved payment methods
  • Mark a card as default (used for auto top-up)
  • Add new cards
  • Remove cards (must keep at least one if auto top-up is active)

Auto top-up

Keep your balance funded automatically:
  1. Enable Auto Top-Up on the billing page
  2. Set a threshold — when your balance falls below this amount, a top-up is triggered
  3. Set a top-up amount — how much to add each time
When your balance drops below the threshold, the platform charges your default payment method for the top-up amount.
Auto top-up requires at least one saved payment method.

Transaction history

The billing page includes a full transaction log with: Export your full transaction history as CSV using the export button.

Refunds

If a deployment fails during provisioning, any charges for the failed deployment are automatically refunded to your credit balance.

What happens when credits run out

The best way to prevent interruptions is to enable auto top-up.
