Common issues

Provisioning typically takes 1–3 minutes. If it’s been more than 5 minutes, you can stop the deployment and try a different offer from the marketplace.
Check the SSH troubleshooting guide for common connection issues including permission denied, connection refused, and timeout errors.
Deployments are automatically stopped when your credit balance is insufficient to cover the next billing cycle. Set up auto top-up to prevent this.
Platform-generated private keys can only be downloaded once. Generate a new key pair in SSH Keys and use it for your next deployment.
You can delete volumes in Error state and create a new one. If the issue persists, try a different region.
If a payment fails, check that your card details are correct and that your bank isn’t blocking the transaction. You can add a new payment method on the Billing page.

Data and privacy

  • Instance data — When a deployment is stopped, instance disk data is not retained. Use volumes for persistent storage, or download files before stopping.
  • Volume data — Volume data persists in the region where it was created until you delete the volume.
  • Account data — Your profile, billing history, and SSH key metadata are stored securely. Deleting your account removes your access; see Settings for details.

Service availability

DeployGPU is a best-effort platform. GPU availability depends on real-time supply. If a specific GPU type or region is unavailable, try a different configuration in the marketplace.
